Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help drive lead generation through inbound and outbound strategies. This role will also involve managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM to ensure effective campaign execution, lead nurturing, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a passion for marketing, technology, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
  • Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
  • Support outbound marketing efforts such as email outreach, direct mail, and social media advertising.
  • Monitor lead generation metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
HubSpot CRM Management:
  • Set up, maintain, and optimize the HubSpot CRM to support marketing and sales activities.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline lead nurturing and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure data accuracy, seamless handoffs, and alignment on lead management.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Content Creation:
  • Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and high quality.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing manager, and other stakeholders to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is required; experience with other marketing tools is a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms is a plus.
