Position Overview

Our Process Engineer is responsible for PPD electronic manufacturing processes and equipment, ensuring they meet customer specifications, maintain good quality, and are delivered on time.

Job Function

  • Design and plan equipment layout

  • Maintain and troubleshoot process equipment.

  • Specify new equipment as required by new projects.

  • Design, develop, test, and/or source tools and fixtures to meet customer specifications.

  • Perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency.

  • Monitor process performance and capability. 

  • Create process documentation and operating procedures (SOPs)

Skills Required

  • Excellent analytical and math skills

  • Knowledge of SMT process engineering software systems

  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems

  • Hands-on attitude
