Position Overview:

Responsible for acting as a liaison between defined customers and PICA. Assists with taking orders, account questions, billing, cancelations, complaints and other customer queries. Coordinates order fulfillment process between PICA US and PICA China.

Job Function:

  • Answers customer questions or finds help within PICA
  • Takes customer orders or makes changes to existing orders.
  • Informs customers on delivery schedule.
  • Places order to PICA China.
  • Communicates with PICA China and follow up on delivery schedule.
  • Helps to resolve customer complaints.
  • Reports to management on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory management.
  • Office-based role with limited travels (5- 20%)

Skills Required:

  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Resolving conflict skills.
